OB may collect the Internet Protocol Address (IP Address) that is publicly available from accessing the site. OB and/or a third-party provider may also collect certain device information automatically — such as operating system, browser type, device carrier, time zone, device type, unique device identification number, and locale — that may be used to uniquely identify your device.

OB and/or a third-party provider may use such 'digital fingerprinting' to assist our clients in establishing and ensuring the integrity of survey results. OB will not interfere or disrupt the control or use of a computer or alter, modify, or functionally change the settings of a computer.

We make every effort to preserve user privacy. However, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law — including judicial proceedings, a court order, or legal process served on our site.

Occasionally OB may utilize trusted third-parties for email list management or email distribution. Only a minimum amount of data is transferred to these third parties as needed to enable them to perform specific functions.

OB-Panel may provide you with the ability to voluntarily link to websites maintained by third parties. OB does not endorse and is not responsible for third-party website policies, products, or services. Please carefully review all policies applicable to any third-party sites you visit.

Membership is specific to one individual with a unique email address. A person may not appear as a member multiple times (e.g. under multiple identities) within the OB Panel. In order to become a member, an individual must provide truthful information when registering and may not use any aliases or other means to mask his or her true identity.

If an individual provides information found to be untrue, inaccurate, or not reasonably current and complete, OB has the right to terminate that individual's membership and refuse any current or future access to the site, and may also declare any accumulated rewards null and void.

Each Panel member during registration will be required to set up a username. A password will be sent to you via email. You are responsible for the security of your password and will be solely liable for any use or unauthorized use under such password.

Members agree to promptly update any changes in personal information — including name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and demographic information — in the profile section after signing in.

Participation in OB-Panel and all survey invitations are always voluntary. A participant can opt-out from participating in any particular market research opportunity at any time.

Panel members may indicate the maximum number of surveys they would like to complete in a month. Panel members may receive invitations up to the self-imposed quotas they indicate — or may receive no invitations at all. After completing a survey, a Panel member may experience a gap of some days before another invitation is offered.

By becoming a Panel member, an individual agrees to receive emails inviting participation in surveys reasonably matched to their background and interests as indicated during sign-up. Each email we receive is read and responded to individually — please allow a maximum of 2–3 working days for a response.

A member desiring to terminate membership with OB may do so by: (a) following the instructions in their membership account, (b) sending an email request to info@opinionbunch.com from the associated email address, or (c) selecting the opt-out link in any email invitation.

OB will retain the personal information of a terminated member for an indefinite period of time, continuing to protect it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

If a member does not participate in any survey during an extended time period, OB may elect to terminate membership without notice. In cases of inactivity-based termination, outstanding rewards (if beyond redemption threshold levels) may be claimed for 90 days following the date of termination. After that period, the ability to claim an award expires.

An individual may not use any technological devices such as spiders, robots, or other automated data mining techniques to catalogue, download, store, or otherwise reproduce or distribute content available on the site.

You may not take any action to interfere with the site or any other user's use of the site — including via "flooding," "mail bombing," or "crashing" the site. You may not send unsolicited email, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services. You may not frame portions of the site within another website or alter the appearance of the site.

OB will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing OB to disclose the identity of anyone posting harmful information or materials.

All pages and content within this site and related surveys — including but not limited to text, graphics, audio, video, photographs, surveys, logos, or other materials — are the intellectual property of OB and its licensors, business partners, and affiliates, including all trademarks, service marks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets contained therein.

The site, including all content or services made available on or accessed through the site, is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permissible by law, OB makes no representations or warranties of any kind whatsoever for the content on the site. OB disclaims any expressed or implied warranties, including, without limitation, non-infringement, title, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold non-culpable OB, its employees, directors, officers, agents, and representatives from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses — including reasonable attorney's fees — arising from or related to any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

All individuals shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations regarding their use of the site. All information posted on the site — including money redemption thresholds, cash values, and payment terms — is subject to change without notice.

Notices shall be given by email to the appropriate contact address. Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after email is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid. Alternatively, OB may give notice by certified mail, postage prepaid — in such case, notice shall be deemed given 3 days after the date of mailing.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be ineffective but shall not affect any other part. By agreeing to participate in OB-Panel, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. OB reserves the right to make changes at any time — your continued participation after any revisions constitutes your acceptance.
